Pizza de alcachofas y tomates secos
La demanda de alcachofas sigue aumentando y puede aprovechar esta tendencia. Cree esta pizza única combinando los sabores de la ricota y el parmesano Afino by Grande con alcachofas, tomates secos y cebollines.
Stir together 170 gr Afino by Grande Ricotta, 90 gr artichokes, 15 gr sun-dried tomatoes and 15 gr green onions. Spread over dough to within 1.3 cm of edges.
Top with 85 gr Parmesan.
Bake at 260°C for six to nine minutes in a deck oven or five to seven minutes in an impingement oven until cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
