Artichoke and Sun-Dried Tomato Pizza
The demand for artichokes is growing, and you can profit from this trend. Create this unique pizza by combining the flavors of Afino by Grande Ricotta and Parmesan with artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes and green onions.
Stir together 170 gr Afino by Grande Ricotta, 90 gr artichokes, 15 gr sun-dried tomatoes and 15 gr green onions. Spread over dough to within 1.3 cm of edges.
Top with 85 gr Parmesan.
Bake at 260°C for six to nine minutes in a deck oven or five to seven minutes in an impingement oven until cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
